Surpassing 90 applications and nominations from around the world to become the first candidate to meet the criteria to participate in the election of the urban icon of the 21st century - has affirmed the vision and stature of the "precious gem" Vinhomes Green Paradise in developing a model urban model of the future.

Immediately after the official opening of the portal on October 31, 2025, there were 90 applications and nominations from around the world registered to participate in the vote for “7 Future Urban Wonders”. According to the ranking, the Vietnamese representative scored points thanks to 3 criteria: Environment and Nature - Smart City - People-centered.

Specifically, in terms of Environment and Nature , Vinhomes Green Paradise possesses a rare location surrounded by Can Gio sea and a biosphere reserve recognized by UNESCO as a mangrove forest of more than 75,000 hectares. The project has a total beach length of up to 121 km, a scale of 2,870 hectares, and a construction density of only 16%.
