Missing Person Notice
On November 12, 2025, the Criminal Police Department of Tuyen Quang Provincial Police received a report from the family of Mr. Nguyen Huu Khanh, born in 1978, residing at House No. 19, Ton That Tung Street, Phan Thiet 1 residential area, Minh Xuan ward, Tuyen Quang province, regarding the disappearance of their son since approximately 6:00 PM on May 6, 2025 (the family suspects the child was lured abroad).
