• VietinBank does not enter the following information into the CIC system: deposit balances and transactions, card numbers, security codes (CVV/CVC), or login information for online banking services.
• As a leading commercial bank, VietinBank always strictly adheres to legal regulations to protect the rights and assets of its customers.
To ensure greater peace of mind while using our services, VietinBank recommends that customers exercise caution against impersonation and scam calls, especially:

❌ Do not install apps, and do not click on links/QR codes from unknown sources.
❌ Do not provide personal information, passwords, OTP codes, card numbers, expiration dates, CVV/CVC numbers, etc., to anyone.
❌ Do not transfer money before carefully checking and verifying the recipient's information.
5 THINGS YOU SHOULD DO ✅
✅ Always be wary of strange calls/messages asking for information or to click on links.
✅ Only install apps from the App Store or Google Play/CH Play.
✅ Carefully read the information, terms, and reviews before installing any application.
✅ Regularly update your knowledge on fraud prevention on the VietinBank website or the iPay Mobile application.
✅ Upon receiving any suspicious messages or requests, please contact VietinBank immediately (Hotline 1900 558 868) or report it to the police for timely assistance.
