Sammobiles found authentic documentation for the Galaxy S25 Ultra's battery online at Safety Korea. According to this documentation, the phone will use two different battery types with the model numbers EB-BS938ABY and EB-BS938ABE.

The source also shared that these batteries are manufactured by Ningde Amperex Technology Limited in China. This is also one of the battery suppliers for the Galaxy S24 series, along with Samsung SDI and ELENTEC.
Rumors suggest that Samsung is researching new technology to increase battery energy density without altering its chemical composition. This change lies in the arrangement of the cells and is called stacking technology. Samsung is expected to offer this technology in the S25 Ultra, which is expected to have a 5,000 mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.
Previously, leaker Ice Universe stated that the S25 Ultra would use a quad-camera system on the back. The cameras include a 200MP main sensor, a 12MP ultrawide camera, a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP periscope lens with 5x optical zoom. Both telephoto cameras have PDAF and OIS.
Sources also indicate that the S25 Ultra's screen will have the same size as its predecessor, at 6.8 inches. It's believed the product may launch exclusively with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 4. However, some sources suggest Samsung might release two versions, one using the Exynos 2500.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to come pre-installed with the OneUI 7 user interface based on Android 15 upon release. Additionally, rumors suggest this smartphone will have a thinner body than its predecessor.
The S25 Ultra is expected to no longer have the sharp corners like the S24 Ultra, but will instead adopt a more curved design similar to the S23 Ultra and S22 Ultra.
