Relax with our "flower buffet" concept.

The "Flower Buffet" is nestled within the grounds of Pom Cafe (27 Chu Van An Street, Nha Trang Ward). The space is simply decorated with a long table covered in fresh flowers. Participants are not constrained by traditional flower arrangement patterns or techniques. Instead, each person is free to choose flowers and arrange each stem according to their personal feelings.

According to our research, the fee to participate in the "flower buffet" is 39,000 VND per person. For this price, each person can choose up to 15 flowers, along with wrapping paper and ribbons to complete their takeaway. The flowers used in the "flower buffet" are mainly seasonal to ensure freshness and offer a diverse experience for participants. Towards the end of the year, some popular flowers such as lilies, roses, gerberas, and salem flowers are often preferred.

Sharing her idea, Ms. Le Thi Thanh Hieu, the owner of the "flower buffet" space, said: "I wanted to create a simple experience that everyone can participate in, especially young people, so they can temporarily put down their phones and sit still doing something slow. At a low cost, students can still arrange and take home their own bouquet of flowers."

According to Ms. Hieu, the customers participating in the "flower buffet" are quite diverse, mainly consisting of students, office workers, and young couples. In addition, some families also bring their young children to experience it on weekends so that the children can become familiar with flowers and engage in light crafting activities.

Accompanied by her husband to experience the "flower buffet," Ms. To Anh Dao (29 years old, Nam Nha Trang ward) shared that she and her husband are usually quite busy and have little time for each other. Occasionally coming here to arrange flowers helps them temporarily escape work, chat together in a quiet space, and allows them to share more with each other.

Besides the "flower buffet," according to Ms. Thanh Hieu, this space also regularly organizes themed flower arrangement workshops, guiding participants on basic techniques, color coordination, and design. Attending one workshop, Ms. Ho Thi Thuy Ngan (from Dak Lak province) said: “This is the first time I’ve learned flower arranging properly. Before, I only arranged by feel. With the guidance, I understand more about choosing flowers, balancing the vase, and color coordination. The atmosphere here is very calm and relaxing.”

The emergence of "flower buffets" and flower arrangement workshops has brought a new form of experience to the people of Nha Trang, especially the youth. This shows that the need to participate in activities that promote relaxation and mental balance is increasingly important.
