Seized 7 mink individuals in Thai Hoa town

On October 7, after receiving a report from the people, the Working Group of Mobile Forest Ranger and Fire Prevention Team No. 3 conducted an inspection at the home of Ms. Truong Thi T, born in 1970, address Hamlet 3, Nghia Thuan Commune, Thai Hoa Town, and discovered 7 mink weighing 32.7 kg transported by Ms. T on a motorbike with license plate 37H1 - 640.80.

According to her confession, Ms. Truong Thi T bought 7 mink, of which 6 died and 1 was injured due to a trap set by a resident in Que Phong district. All of the wild animals had no legal documents.

Currently, Mobile Forest Ranger and PCCCR Team No. 3 has made a record of inspection, temporarily seized the exhibits and means of violation to determine the species, value of the exhibits, investigate and verify for handling according to the provisions of law.
