Land reclamation for the Fairy Village Villa Project

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a notice to revoke over 10,934 square meters of land previously allocated or leased to Granitvina Nha Trang Co., Ltd. (Group 9, Hoa Bac Hamlet, Vinh Hoa Ward, Nha Trang City) for the implementation of the Co Tien Villa Village Project due to a violation of Clause 6, Article 81 of the Land Law (land users failing to fulfill their financial obligations to the State).

The Provincial People's Committee requests Granitvina Nha Trang Co., Ltd. and all related organizations and individuals with rights and obligations to handle the assets on the land within 15 days from the date of receiving this notice. Within 15 days from the end of the land reclamation notice period, the Provincial People's Committee will issue a land reclamation decision and direct the implementation of the land reclamation decision. In case the land user fails to comply, the land reclamation decision will be enforced according to regulations.

The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Agriculture and Environment the responsibility of forwarding the notification to the enterprise, monitoring, guiding, and urging implementation, and advising the Provincial People's Committee on land recovery in accordance with the law.
