How to calculate high school graduation exam scores
After receiving their scores, candidates can calculate their high school graduation score as follows:
Graduation score = [(total score of 4 exam subjects + total bonus points)/4] + average score of all school years] / 2 + priority points (if any).
After completing the 2025 high school graduation exam score lookup, if candidates notice any discrepancies in their scores or significant differences from their previously estimated results, they may consider submitting an appeal.
Candidates wishing to appeal their exam results can submit their applications from July 16th to July 25th. Re-marking of exam papers (if necessary) will be completed by the examination boards no later than August 3rd.
After receiving their exam scores, candidates can register their college application preferences online from July 16th to 5 PM on July 28th. Candidates can register, adjust, and add their application preferences an unlimited number of times.
Candidates applying for admission to all training institutions register their preferences by major and program, and are ranked from 1 to the last. All preferences are processed on the system, and each candidate will only be admitted to the highest-ranked preference among those registered, provided they meet the eligibility requirements.
From July 29th to 5 PM on August 5th, candidates must pay the application fee online according to the number of their application preferences, following the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training .
This year's high school graduation exam took place over two days, June 26th and 27th, with the participation of over 1.1 million candidates, an increase of nearly 100,000 compared to last year.
This is a unique exam as it has two sets of exam questions for two groups of candidates following two different curricula: the 2018 curriculum and the 2006 curriculum. It also boasts a record number of subjects with 14, including 9 subjects from the 2006 curriculum and 13 subjects from the 2018 curriculum.
