Specifically, tax and fee revenue reached VND 3,747 billion, an increase of 15.6% compared to the same period in 2024, achieving 66.1% of the central government's projected target and 59.4% of the provincial People's Council's projected target; financial measures revenue reached VND 1,755 billion, an increase of 102.4% compared to the same period in 2024, achieving 89.9% of the central government's projected target and 59% of the provincial People's Council's projected target. Notably, land use fee revenue reached VND 1,562 billion, achieving 57% of the plan, of which VND 543 billion was collected at the provincial level and VND 1,019 billion at the district level.

High budget revenue was achieved because, from the beginning of the year, the Provincial People's Committee fully implemented the central government's tax support policies, creating favorable conditions and supporting people and businesses in fulfilling their tax obligations. At the same time, it directed agencies and units to regularly review revenue sources and strengthen measures to combat tax evasion.
