Hanoi will accelerate the construction project of Ring Road 4; urban railway projects; Renovating and rebuilding old apartments.
Leaders of Hanoi also raised proposals and recommendations to the Government, the Prime Minister and ministries and branches about 9 railway lines in the area.
For the Nhon railway project - Hanoi station, progress has reached about 76,5%, the city is striving to complete the elevated section in 2023. Hanoi asked the Prime Minister for permission to make payments from the advance capital of the budget to disburse payments to contractors and consultants of the project.
Van Cao - Ngoc Khanh - Lang Hoa Lac urban railway project has a total investment of about 65.000 billion VND, Hanoi proposed the Government to consider and prioritize using ODA capital to invest in the project.
In addition, Hanoi also proposed the Government to allow the study and implementation of the Ha Dong - Xuan Mai railway construction investment project from ODA capital to ensure the technical and technological synchronization with the operating section (Cat Linh - Ha Dong).
Consider speeding up the commenting process soon to complete the procedures for adjusting investment policies of the Nam Thang Long - Tran Hung Dao railway project in 2023.
The Ministry of Transport needs to urgently hand over documents to the city for management according to the planning of the railway network system in the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050 to deploy the Yen Vien - Ngoc Hoi railway line.
