Prime Minister pays state visit to India.

On the evening of July 30th, the special aircraft carrying Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the Vietnamese delegation arrived at Palam military airport in New Delhi, marking the beginning of a state visit to India from July 30th to August 1st at the invitation of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
