Regarding the time limit for reviewing project proposals from investors, for investment projects where the Provincial People's Committee is the competent authority, within 3 working days from the date of receiving the project proposal, the Department of Planning and Investment reports to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to assign an agency or affiliated unit to synthesize and review project proposals of investors.
