Alongside the opportunities, experts pointed out the existing obstacles such as: an incomplete legal framework for protecting women's rights in cyberspace and personal data security; a lack of policies to support women entrepreneurs in the digital technology sector; gender stereotypes; and inequality in accessing high-quality job opportunities.
In the second discussion session, experts also proposed specific solutions to protect and empower women in the digital transformation era, such as: perfecting legal regulations on cybersecurity, developing a specific roadmap for digital skills training, and prioritizing access to capital and technology for women, especially in disadvantaged and remote areas.
