Specifically, the relevant authorities and localities will synchronously and effectively implement power generation projects, power grid projects, and rural, mountainous, and island electrification programs in the province as outlined in the Revised National Power Development Plan for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 (Revised Power Plan VIII), the Revised Implementation Plan for the National Power Development Plan for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 (Revised Implementation Plan for Power Plan VIII), and the Provincial Plan.
Update the list of power sources and grids in the Provincial Planning and other technical and specialized plans such as: construction planning, urban planning, rural planning, land use planning at the provincial and district levels to organize space as a basis for implementing investment in power projects; select investors for power projects according to authority, allocate land for the development of power facilities in accordance with the law; preside over and closely coordinate with investors to implement land clearance, compensation, relocation, and resettlement for power source and grid projects according to regulations.
At the same time, monitor investors to ensure they adhere to the schedule of power generation and transmission projects, guaranteeing that projects are put into operation at the planned stages.

In addition to the tasks mentioned above, sectors and localities shall research and implement the tasks and solutions outlined in the Revised Power Development Plan VIII and the Plan for Implementing the Revised Power Development Plan VIII, ensuring effectiveness and suitability to their assigned functions and responsibilities.
Effectively disseminate information to the public and businesses regarding the revised Power Development Plan VIII and the implementation plan for the revised Power Development Plan VIII in the province.
At the same time, strengthen and improve inspection, examination, and supervision work, promptly detect, correct, and handle violations, and prevent violations from occurring during the planning, investment policy, land leasing, construction, and project implementation processes; conduct land use right auctions and investor selection tenders in accordance with land law regulations, ensuring efficiency and increasing state budget revenue…
Regarding the transitional tasks following the cessation of operations at the district level, the Provincial People's Committee requests that relevant agencies and units be responsible for taking over the tasks of the district-level People's Committees according to the administrative unit and public service unit restructuring plans and schemes approved by competent authorities.
