According to observations by a reporter from Tien Phong Newspaper , the villa has a grand architectural design, is solidly built, and covers an area of hundreds of square meters. The villa has three street-facing facades.
Instead of demolishing the building, the homeowner chose to relocate the entire structure to a new location, approximately 100 to 200 meters away from the original site, in order to preserve the value of the house.
