It is known that on October 19, 2023, MoMo carried out service maintenance and during the implementation process, it led to service interruptions and affected customer transactions. With the support of experts, the incident was completely resolved on October 19, 2023, the maintenance was completed, and all services returned to normal operation in the afternoon of the same day. Information about customers' accounts and assets on MoMo is always guaranteed to be absolutely safe.

MoMo said that in recent days, we have witnessed the spread of a lot of false and baseless information on social networks related to the disruption of MoMo's services.
