According to Colonel Khuat Ba Cao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Commander of the 15th Army Corps, for the 15th Army Corps, the workforce is not only a productive force but also a core element in the villages and hamlets of ethnic minorities, religious communities, and border areas. They are the "bridge" in building national unity, military-civilian solidarity, and establishing a solid "people's support" base, contributing to maintaining political stability, security, and safety in the strategic Central Highlands region.

Therefore, caring for the employment, income, living conditions, safety, and health of workers and employees is essentially caring for the resources and sustainable development of the unit. Recognizing this, the Party Committee, the Command of the Corps, and the Party committees and commanders at all levels have always paid attention to leading and directing the workers' movement and trade union activities in a comprehensive, close, and effective manner. In particular, the annual Workers' Month has seen many innovations and creative activities aimed at the grassroots level, providing the best possible care for workers.
