Phu Tho tourist map
Phu Tho is known as the cradle of Lac Viet culture, the gathering center of the ancient Vietnamese people, the time when the Hung Kings built the Van Lang country. Over thousands of years of history, this place still retains the mark of the early dawn of the nation's founding with a system of rich tangible and intangible cultural values with 1,372 historical and cultural relics ( of which the Hung Temple Relic Site is a special national relic ) and a system of folk festivals, typical art forms of the ancestral land ( of which Phu Tho Xoan singing and the Hung King worship in Phu Tho have been recognized by UNESCO as world cultural heritages ) . Phu Tho is also a province rich in natural tourism resources with many interesting landscapes such as: Xuan Son National Park with a system of caves, flora, fauna and rich and diverse natural landscapes; Thanh Thuy hot mineral spring with large reserves and excellent healing ability; Ao Chau lagoon and Van Hoi lagoon are as beautiful as ink paintings reflecting palm forests and tea hills...
Phu Tho's mountains and rivers are like a miniature of the beautiful landscape of Vietnam. The homeland of the nation has a shape of mountains and rivers, abundant resources and sources of life as a premise for socio-economic development, in which tourism plays an increasingly important role in exploiting potentials to contribute to building a more prosperous homeland, while protecting the landscape, environment, scenic spots and relics to develop tourism sustainably.
