CENTRAL ASSOCIATION OF VIETNAMESE VETERANS

Lieutenant General Bế Xuân Trường presented the retirement decision, a certificate of merit, and flowers to congratulate Colonel Vũ Minh Thực.

Attending the meeting were the Vice Presidents: Senior General Pham Hong Huong, Lieutenant General Khuat Viet Dung; Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Hanh - Head of the Central Committee for Veterans Affairs, along with leaders of the Central Committee for Veterans Affairs, Vietnam Veterans Newspaper, and Vietnam Friendship Village.

The conference presented the decision to retire Colonel Vu Minh Thuc, Deputy Head of the Central Committee's Affairs Department, in accordance with the regulations of the Vietnam Veterans Association. Colonel Vu Minh Thuc worked at the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Veterans Association. He had a distinguished record during his 10 years of service at the Central Committee, always demonstrating a high sense of responsibility and dedication to his duties, making significant contributions to advisory work, propaganda, traditional education , and building a stronger Vietnam Veterans Association organization.
