Awarding Party Badges on May 19th

Comrade Nguyen Thi Tuyen, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi City Party Committee, attended the ceremony.

This time, the Tay Ho District Party Committee awarded Party Badges to 212 Party members, including 4 comrades who received the 75-year Party Membership Badge and 3 comrades who received the 70-year Party Membership Badge.

Comrades Ngo Van Du, former member of the Politburo and former Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee , received the 55-year Party membership badge; General Do Ba Ty, former Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, received the 50-year Party membership badge; and Nguyen Thi Thanh Hoa, former President of the Vietnam Women's Union, received the 30-year Party membership badge.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Tuyen presented the 55-year Party membership badge to Comrade Ngo Van Du.

Respectfully congratulating the comrades who were honored with the Party Badge, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen expressed her joy and personally presented the prestigious Party Badge to the elderly Party members.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee emphasized that the Party Badge awarding ceremony, held during the period when the capital and the whole country were celebrating the 134th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2024) and the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024), was a great honor and source of pride not only for the individual Party members but also a shared joy and pride for the entire Hanoi Party Committee in general and Tay Ho district in particular.

The prestigious Party badge is a recognition of the self-cultivation, political acumen, unwavering loyalty, and dedication to the revolutionary cause of our comrades; it reflects the recognition and appreciation of the Party, the State, and the people for the contributions of Party members to the Party's revolutionary cause, the struggle for national independence, and the building and protection of the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.

“Comrades, you are noble symbols of the qualities and spirit of communist soldiers. Even now, despite having retired and being advanced in age, you always maintain your revolutionary qualities, actively participate and contribute many ideas at the local level, and set a leading example in many fields; contributing to the successful completion of political tasks, socio-economic development, and ensuring security and order in Tay Ho district and the city,” said Nguyen Thi Tuyen, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee.

Respectfully acknowledging the contributions of the comrades to the cause of national construction and defense, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee expressed confidence and hope that, with their enthusiasm, intelligence, responsibility, and wealth of experience in various fields and practices, the Party members awarded the Party Badge this time will always uphold their exemplary role, continue to contribute to the cause of national construction and development and the Capital city; and forever be shining examples for future generations of cadres and Party members to follow.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Tuyen extended her best wishes to all Party members for good health and longevity; and wished the Party Committee, government, and people of Tay Ho district to successfully complete their political tasks in 2024.
