Give love to sick children

On the occasion of International Children's Day June 1, hospitals organized gift-giving activities for children being treated at the hospital, to bring them joy and encouragement to recover soon and be healthy.

On the morning of May 30, leaders, staff, doctors and nurses of the Rehabilitation Hospital, along with units, organizations and benefactors, organized a gift giving ceremony for inpatient children, with a total value of over 25 million VND.

On the afternoon of May 30, the Provincial Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital coordinated with units: Vietcombank, BIDV Bank, Viettel Lao Cai and Tu Tam Club, Department of Organization and Personnel (Provincial Police) to organize the program "Happy Children's Day" for pediatric patients.

At the program, the units presented 200 gifts to sick children, worth 28 million VND.

Also on May 30, the Social Work Team of Lao Cai Provincial General Hospital coordinated with the Provincial People's Court to visit and present 60 gifts to 60 child patients at inpatient treatment centers and departments.

Meaningful activities for pediatric patients held at hospitals on International Children's Day contribute to raising awareness and responsibility of families, communities, and organizations for the protection and care of children; ensuring equal rights, calling for the whole society to join hands in caring for children, especially disadvantaged children.
