1. Delegates cut the ribbon to inaugurate the model "Colors of the Old Quarter"

Phu Xuan Ward is one of the localities bearing a strong cultural and historical imprint, where many historical relics of the ancient capital converge, playing a central role in preserving and promoting the heritage value of the ancient capital of Hue . Therefore, preserving and promoting traditional cultural identity is always an important task, contributing to enriching spiritual life and affirming the cultural value of the ancient capital.

In order to contribute to preserving and spreading those values, in recent times, women's unions at all levels in the ward have focused on strongly innovating the content and methods of operation; exploring and building new models, organizing many creative activities to attract and gather members in association with emulation movements and campaigns of the Women's Union and local organizations; contributing to the good implementation of the Party Resolutions at all levels, the Resolution of the Women's Congresses at all levels for the 2021-2026 term towards building Phu Xuan ward "Civilized, friendly, safe, rich in identity".

Giving gifts to disadvantaged members living in remote areas

Recently, the Women's Union of the ward has surveyed and re-examined the area to choose a suitable model in residential group 7 to develop a plan, come up with ideas and implement the model "Colors of the Old Quarter" in lane 44 Chi Lang (with a lane length of more than 40m).

The alley has been cleaned, the walls have been repainted with an area of 120m², 20 lanterns have been hung, the lighting system has been invested in, the welcome gate has been renovated... In addition to the funding from the Ward Women's Union, many households living in the alley have actively responded, contributing both labor and materials to complete the model.

Implementing the model "Colors of the Old Quarter" not only beautifies the landscape, but also contributes to preserving and promoting the traditional cultural values of the locality.

In the coming time, from the highlight of the "Colors of the Old Quarter" model in alley 44, the Women's Union of the ward will continue to deploy the model in other alleys on Chi Lang street.
