In related developments, Jo Chol-su, Director-General of the Department of International Organizations at the North Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs, declared yesterday that Pyongyang will continue to exercise its sovereign rights, including launching military satellites. Jo criticized UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres for "interfering in North Korea's internal affairs" when he condemned the May 31 launch.
