Dear: All students who registered for driving lessons at Thanh Long Do Driving School during the period 2021-2023 and whose training program is still pending and has not been completed.

First of all, the Thanh Long Do Driving Training Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) extends its greetings to all esteemed students of the Center and those students whose courses for the 2021-2023 academic year are still pending. The Center's Board of Directors would like to apologize to all students for the inconvenience caused by the delay in your driving training, which has affected your rights.

As you know, since April 2023, the Center has experienced legal issues and temporarily suspended operations since June 2023. Since December 2023, after the Provincial People's Committee appointed a new Director, the Center has urgently reviewed and actively resolved outstanding cases. To date, more than 1,000 students have been retrained and completed their courses or have received their driver's licenses.

However, there are still over 400 students whose cases remain unresolved, including many whom the Center has been unable to contact. To ensure the best interests of our students and the stability of the Center's operations, we respectfully announce:

We request that students whose enrollment is pending be considered, including:

I have paid the tuition but haven't been able to enroll in the course.
I've enrolled in the course but haven't received any training yet.
Training is still underway.

Please contact and visit the Center in person to have any outstanding issues resolved.

The working days of the week begin on June 18, 2025 and end on June 30, 2025.

Job description:

Review the tuition fees you have already paid.
Review the current status and outstanding issues of each file.

Arrange a new training schedule and content (applicable to trainees who wish to continue their studies).

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The center only handles cases where trainees require retraining.
After the specified deadline (June 30, 2025), the Center will no longer accept or process any outstanding student applications under the old policy and will be forced to close their files. Students who wish to continue their studies after this deadline will be considered new registrations for the Center's current courses.

This is the last chance for outstanding students to complete their training program and receive their driver's license. We kindly request that students contact the Center promptly to ensure their legitimate rights are protected.
