The Department of Justice in Ha Tinh Province has a new Deputy Director.

The conference announcing decisions on personnel matters was organized by the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province on the afternoon of June 25, 2026.

According to the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on personnel appointments, Ms. Tran Thi Kieu Oanh, Chief of the Office of the Department of Justice, has been appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Justice of Ha Tinh Province. The appointment is for a term of 5 years. After Ms. Oanh's appointment as Deputy Director, the Department of Justice of Ha Tinh Province now has two Deputy Directors.

Mr. Phan Thien Dinh, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province, delivered a speech acknowledging Ms. Tran Thi Kieu Oanh's work and the trust placed in her by the collective.

In his remarks assigning the new duties, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Thien Dinh acknowledged Ms. Tran Thi Kieu Oanh's work history and the trust placed in her by the collective. He also requested that, in her new position, she continue to develop her abilities, strengths, and sense of responsibility, quickly adapt to her new responsibilities, and work with the department's leadership team to maintain unity, cohesion, innovative thinking, and improve the quality of her advice, thereby creating positive changes in the future.

Regarding the judicial sector, it is necessary to continue improving the effectiveness of state management in the drafting and appraisal of legal documents, administrative reform, legal education and dissemination, and legal support, ensuring uniformity and transparency in the organization and implementation of laws.

Also at the conference announcing personnel decisions, Mr. Le Van Dung, Head of the Science Management Department of the Ha Tinh Department of Science and Technology, was appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Ha Tinh Department of Science and Technology.
