Youth in Ha Tinh light candles in gratitude.

To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Southern Vietnam and the reunification of the country, youth union branches at all levels in Ha Tinh province organized a candlelight vigil to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs who fell for the independence and freedom of the nation.

On this occasion, 100% of the Youth Union branches throughout the province lit candles of gratitude at martyrs' cemeteries and memorial monuments in communes, wards, and towns, expressing profound gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of the heroic martyrs for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and the happiness of the people.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the youth union members pledged to uphold revolutionary traditions and be ready to volunteer and contribute to the community. This activity aims to educate patriotism, national pride, and raise awareness and responsibility among young people in the cause of protecting and building their homeland.

On this occasion, along with the candle-lighting ceremony to pay tribute, youth union branches throughout the province also organized the planting of red flags at the graves of heroic martyrs.
