On June 13, at the An Duong 1 storm shelter area (Phu Thuan commune, Phu Vang district, Hue city), Thuan An Port Border Guard Station, Hue City Border Guard coordinated with local authorities and fishermen to successfully rescue a sunken fishing boat.
Initial information, at 8:00 a.m. the same day, Mr. Nguyen Van Muon (born in 1966, residing in An Duong 3 village, Phu Thuan commune, Phu Vang district), owner of fishing boat number TTH-91126-TS, discovered that his boat was flooded into the hold, causing the boat to sink.

The initial cause was determined to be prolonged heavy rain combined with heavy fishing nets and gear on the ship causing the ship to sink.
