The People's Committee of Ninh Giang commune has directed the Economic Department to take the lead and coordinate with relevant agencies to review and compile dossiers on violations of land and dike laws in the area of illegally constructed private residences along the Luoc River bank, causing misunderstandings among residents and tourists.

The Department of Culture and Social Affairs is tasked with intensifying propaganda efforts to clearly affirm that the private residences currently existing along the Luoc River are not the main temples of Quan Lon Tuan Tranh, and have no historical or cultural relic value, thus avoiding confusion for tourists visiting and paying their respects.

The commune police are intensifying their efforts to monitor the situation, inspect activities at establishments, and promptly detect and prevent violations of the law, ensuring security and order in the area.

The People's Committee of the commune continued to work with the owners of the establishments, pointing out the violations and requesting the removal of signs containing the content "Temple of Quan Lon Tuan Tranh" or similar misleading names, while strictly complying with the regulations of the law on belief and religion.

According to local records, there is currently one facility managed by Ms. Ha Thi Thoa displaying a sign that reads "Temple of Quan Lon Tuan Tranh," and another facility managed by Mr. Nguyen Quang Du displaying numerous signs with names such as "Ancient Temple - Temple of Quan Lon Tuan Tranh"... These structures were built between 2008 and 2011 entirely by private investors and were not licensed by the competent authorities.

Previously, authorities had repeatedly issued citations and demanded the demolition of structures that violated regulations by encroaching on land, encroaching on dike and waterway corridors, and constructing illegally. However, to date, these violations have not been definitively resolved.

The People's Committee of Ninh Giang commune also requested the city's departments and agencies to coordinate in handling the issue. Specifically, they requested the cultural sector to control and prevent the dissemination of false information about these establishments on social media and other media outlets. They also requested the internal affairs and religious affairs agencies to provide guidance to the local authorities on the management and handling of matters exceeding their jurisdiction.

Specifically, the People's Committee of the commune requested that the relevant authorities intervene to adjust the information on the electronic map (Google Maps) to correctly identify the location and name of the national historical site of Tranh Temple in Tranh Xuyen village, avoiding the mistaken display of private residences.
