Forever the song of unity

(NLDO) - The special art program "Forever the song of solidarity" will take place tonight, November 1 at the City Theater.

This is an art program to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the traditional day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front , to welcome the success of the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2024-2029, and the 12th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Ho Chi Minh City, term 2024-2029.

The art program to welcome the success of the Congress with the theme "Forever the song of solidarity" was directed by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee; organized by the City's Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; and performed by the City's Light Music Center.

On October 2 and 3, 2024, the 12th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, term 2024 - 2029, took place successfully. With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Compassion - Innovation - Development", the Congress called on all walks of life, intellectuals, outstanding individuals of all ethnicities, religions, and overseas Vietnamese to unite, promote the strength of the great national unity bloc, and be determined to successfully implement the Congress's action program.

Meritorious Artist Van Khanh

The 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2024-2029 term took place from October 16 to 18, 2024. The Congress was attended by 1,052 delegates, representing social classes, ethnic groups, religions, armed forces, and overseas Vietnamese. With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Creativity - Development", the Congress passed the Resolution of the Congress defining the directions, goals and tasks for the 2024-2029 period; identifying 10 specific targets, 6 action programs and assigning the Presidium and the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 10th tenure to study, absorb, supplement, perfect, promulgate and organize implementation.

From the forum of the Congress, the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front called on all classes, social strata, people of all ethnic groups, religions, intellectuals, artists, businessmen, enterprises, and overseas Vietnamese to continue to uphold the spirit of patriotism, national pride, have absolute trust in the leadership of the Party and the management of the State, contribute their intelligence and efforts to constantly consolidate and strengthen the tradition and strength of great national unity, combine with the strength of the times, and join hands to build the country.
