Mr. Nguyen Tan Thanh - Head of Con Chim hamlet, said: Con Chim has a natural area of 62ha located in the middle of Co Chien river. Currently, the hamlet has 54 households with 200 people, the main occupation is aquaculture and farming.
From 2019 up to now, Con Chim has started to do community tourism associated with taking advantage of available agricultural advantages. Accordingly, there are currently nearly 20 households participating in community tourism, in which they are divided into: households that directly welcome guests, households that participate in production and supply of raw materials and products for tourism.
People here both produce agriculture in the direction of favorable weather and do tourism, so it does not affect much to the wild, rustic, fresh air of the countryside.
Although it has just been put into operation, Con Chim has been known by many tourists as an ideal resort and experience on weekends or holidays and Tet. From September 9 to now, Con Chim has welcomed more than 2019 visitors.
