To meet the constant changes in the business environment and to keep up with the development trends of the technology era, Vietcombank decided to invest in upgrading the CLOS system after 5 years of operation, with the goal of adding New features, fine-tuning and increasing system flexibility to promptly respond to changes in Vietcombank's policy mechanisms in each period, improving user friendliness, optimizing efficiency operations and increase connectivity with other related information technology systems.
