Viktor Lê continues to shine.

Viktor Lê is not only a new phenomenon in the hearts of fans but also a role model for the generation of Vietnamese-born players who aspire to contribute to their homeland's football.

In the 1-0 victory against hosts Hoang Anh Gia Lai (HAGL) in Round 19 of the V-League 2024-2025 on April 18th, Viktor Le delivered an impressive performance, making a significant contribution to helping Ha Tinh FC secure all three points at the "fiery" Pleiku stadium.

With his keen tactical awareness, modern ball-playing technique, and impressive physique, the Vietnamese-born player outmaneuvered opposing midfielders and created beautiful assists, setting up his teammates to score against HAGL.

Viktor Lê scored the only goal that helped Ha Tinh FC defeat HAGL at home in the first leg of this season's V-League. The midfielder has scored 1 goal and provided 1 assist in 17 appearances, including 8 starts this season.

Born and raised in Russia, Viktor Le – full name Le Khac Viktor – is steadily proving his talent and ambition as a young Vietnamese-born player on his journey to conquer his dream of wearing the Vietnamese national team jersey. At the age of 21, Viktor Le is not only a new phenomenon in the hearts of fans but also a role model for the generation of Vietnamese-born players who aspire to contribute to football in their homeland.

From a young age, he was exposed to professional football in the youth training environments of traditional clubs in Russia such as Torpedo Moscow and CSKA Moscow. His decision to return to Vietnam in 2023 was a major turning point in his career. Many doubted Viktor Le's ability to adapt to a different football environment, but he quickly proved his worth playing for Binh Dinh FC. In the 2023 V-League season, he played 16 matches, making a strong impression with his ability to escape pressing, intelligent passing, and agile off-ball movement.

It was thought that Viktor Lê would flourish and become a new key player at Quy Nhơn Stadium, but he gradually lost his opportunities to play in the 2023-2024 season. Under coach Bùi Đoàn Quang Huy, he was not regularly registered to play. Due to a lack of common ground with the coaching staff, he decided to leave Bình Định Club.

Moving to Ha Tinh Club was a wise decision, as he was able to train and play in a team full of ambition and with a cohesive playing style. Here, Viktor Le gradually regained his form, played regularly, and contributed positively to the team's overall play, especially making his mark with his flamboyant and passionate style of play.

Viktor Lê not only impressed with his expertise, but also demonstrated professionalism and great ambition. His sharing of photos of his visits to his ancestral home, his exploration of Vietnamese cuisine , and his conversations with fans made him more relatable to his audience.

In December 2024, Viktor Lê officially completed the procedures for obtaining Vietnamese citizenship. Immediately afterwards, the head coach of the Vietnam U22 team summoned him for the training camp in preparation for the SEA Games 33 and the 2026 AFC U23 Championship qualifiers.

Coach Dinh Hong Vinh commented: "Viktor has a modern tactical mindset, intelligent ball handling, and teamwork skills. He needs time to adapt, but his potential is undeniable." With his progressive spirit, hard work, and impressive adaptability, Viktor Le deserves to be a name expected to shine in the near future.
