Furthermore, according to Vinaconex's 2024 Annual Report, Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree from the Hanoi University of Finance and Accounting (now the Academy of Finance). Mr. Tuan has 25 years of experience in finance and auditing and has relationships with foreign credit institutions.

In fact, in recent years, although Vinaconex's shareholder structure has remained unchanged, the position of Chairman has seen changes. Specifically, on July 26, 2024, Vinaconex dismissed Mr. Dao Ngoc Thanh from his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors and elected Mr. Nguyen Huu Toi as his replacement.

According to the shareholder list, as of June 30, 2025, Vinaconex recorded Pacific Holdings Joint Stock Company as owning 45.14% of the charter capital; and the remaining 54.86% of the charter capital belonged to other shareholders.

Besides personnel changes, on March 23rd, Vinaconex will also finalize the list of shareholders participating in the 2026 Annual General Meeting, which is expected to be held between April 18th and April 29th in Hanoi.

In terms of business performance, in 2025, Vinaconex recorded revenue of VND 16,064.47 billion, an increase of 24.8% compared to the same period, and after-tax profit of VND 4,129.9 billion, an increase of 272.6% compared to the previous year. However, the gross profit margin decreased from 15.4% to 12.6%.

During the period, due to a decrease in gross profit margin, Vinaconex's gross profit increased by only 2.5% year-on-year, equivalent to an increase of VND 49.4 billion, reaching VND 2,030.52 billion; financial revenue increased dramatically by 975.8%, equivalent to an increase of VND 3,251.66 billion, reaching VND 3,584.9 billion; financial expenses decreased by 8.5%, equivalent to a decrease of VND 37.72 billion, to VND 408.35 billion; selling and administrative expenses increased by 51.9%, equivalent to an increase of VND 227.32 billion, reaching VND 665.29 billion, and other activities showed insignificant fluctuations.

Thus, in 2025, although gross profit increased slightly, net profit increased by 272.6%, mainly due to a surge in financial revenue.

Vinaconex explained that in 2025, the company recorded VND 3,075.03 billion related to gains from the transfer of subsidiaries and associated companies, compared to only VND 123.1 billion recorded in the same period.

Reportedly, Vinaconex plans to achieve total revenue of VND 15,500 billion and after-tax profit of VND 1,200 billion in 2025.

Thus, ending 2025 with after-tax profit reaching VND 4,129.9 billion, Vinaconex has completed 272.6% of its 2025 plan.

Regarding the stock, after a decline at the beginning of the year, it is showing signs of recovery. As of February 23, 2026, VCG shares were trading at around 19,250 VND per share, corresponding to a market capitalization of 12,444.52 billion VND.
