On January 15th, VinFast announced the launch of four new electric motorbike models, catering to diverse user transportation needs. Three models support battery swapping, and one model integrates pedals and features a compact design suitable for students.
At the same time, to prepare for the operation of new vehicle models, V-Green has completed the installation of the first 4,500 battery swapping stations and expects to reach 45,000 cabinets nationwide by the first quarter of 2026.

With 45,000 battery swapping cabinets expected to be deployed in 34 provinces and cities nationwide in the first quarter of 2026, the VinFast electric motorbike battery swapping system is estimated to be one and a half times the number of existing gas stations, ensuring that all citizens can confidently switch to using electric motorbikes.
Alongside infrastructure preparation, VinFast officially launched its first three electric scooter models with battery swapping support: Evo, Feliz II, and Viper, catering to diverse user needs and preferences. Additionally, VinFast added the Amio model to its lineup of vehicles that don't require a driver's license, featuring a compact, stylish design and features suitable for urban environments.
Among the new product lines, the VinFast Viper boasts a completely new design and is equipped with many smart features such as a Smart Key system supporting remote vehicle location and tracking, remote on/off control for anti-theft support, and features like LED Projector headlights, dual shock absorbers with auxiliary oil reservoirs for smoother and more stable operation… The vehicle is equipped with a powerful 3,000W BLDC Inhub motor, with a top speed of up to 70 km/h.

The two remaining convertible models are the Feliz II and Evo, both inheriting the advantages of their predecessors. The Feliz II is equipped with a powerful 3,000W Inhub BLDC motor, similar to the Viper, while the Evo features a 2,450W Inhub motor. Both support a top speed of up to 70 km/h, with an additional Evo Lite version limited to under 50 km/h, requiring no driver's license.
The VinFast Evo, Feliz II, and Viper all have two battery compartments in the trunk, optimizing space and making installation and removal easy. The batteries equipped in these convertible models have a capacity of 1.5 kWh, using LFP technology for high durability and absolute safety. Customers can rent one battery for 175,000 VND/month, two batteries for 300,000 VND/month, or choose to purchase the vehicle with batteries. The cost of battery swapping at a charging station is 9,000 VND/battery/time. Additionally, customers can also charge the batteries at home or at public charging stations.
With two fully charged batteries, the VinFast Evo can travel up to 165 km (under standard conditions), while the Viper and Feliz II can travel up to 156 km (under standard conditions).
A VinFast media representative also stated that the company will officially accept pre-orders for the Evo model from January 15th to January 29th, 2026, at a price of VND 19.99 million (excluding the battery). Customers who pre-order during this period will receive a VND 1 million discount per vehicle. The first Evo vehicles are expected to be delivered to customers in February 2026.

In addition to the first three convertible battery models, VinFast also introduced the Amio, a pedal-powered scooter with a compact, user-friendly design that doesn't require a driver's license. Equipped with a powerful 800W Inhub motor, it has a top speed of 30 km/h and a 1,024 kWh LFP battery, providing a range of up to 65 km on a single charge (under standard conditions).
According to the "Intense for a Green Future" program being implemented nationwide by VinFast, all customers who purchase VinFast electric motorcycles have the opportunity to participate in the "Buy a motorcycle for 0 VND" program - with 0 VND down payment, they can receive the vehicle immediately and pay in monthly installments.
In addition, all VinFast electric motorbike models receive a 6% discount directly deducted from the selling price, 100% support for registration fees (equivalent to 2% of the vehicle price) from January 12th to April 12th, 2026, and free battery charging at V-Green public charging stations until May 31st, 2027.
All customers who purchase vehicles with interchangeable batteries are entitled to free battery replacement within 6 months of the purchase date. Drivers registered to operate on the SM Platform will receive free battery replacement for 12 months from the purchase date.
