
The Provincial Women's Union organized the forum "Women building Vietnamese families in the new era, preserving traditions, adapting to modernity".
In order to spread and honor the beautiful values of Vietnamese families, women's associations at all levels in the province have organized many vibrant and practical activities associated with the emulation movements "Women actively studying, working creatively, and building happy families," and "Building families with 5 no's and 3 clean's"; promoting propaganda and mobilization of all strata of people to practice a civilized lifestyle and cultural behavior in the family, community, and society; inheriting and nurturing the humanistic values and fine traditions of the family.
Accordingly, in 2025, the Women's Union at all levels intensified its digital communication efforts with 1 website, 57 Facebook fanpages, and 1,554 Zalo groups; published over 2,100 news articles and produced 8 television documentaries on "Women and the Times". Simultaneously, the Women's Union at all levels organized 480 conferences, training courses, competitions, seminars, and talks... for over 8,000 cadres, members, women, and citizens on knowledge related to childcare, family members, building happy families; entrepreneurship, career guidance for children, knowledge on preventing domestic violence, and preventing sexual abuse against women and children…
Along with propaganda and training to enhance knowledge for all strata of women, the Women's Union at all levels has actively maintained and built models with many meaningful activities, yielding clear results. In 2025, the Provincial Women's Union established and launched 12 "Leaders of Change" clubs; continued to maintain the operation of 71 community communication groups in communes implementing Project 8, 16 "Childcare and Education " models, 5 "Parent Groups for Comprehensive Child Care and Education" models, and 4 "Women's Clubs for Food Safety and Hygiene for Family and Community Health" models. Women's associations at all levels in the province continue to maintain activities of "Pre-marital" models, "Women Raising Children Well" clubs, "Women Building Happy Families," and "Building Families with 5 No's and 3 Cleanliness Standards"... Through the activities of these models and clubs, women have directly disseminated knowledge related to reproductive health and family planning, food safety and hygiene; knowledge on raising children well; knowledge and skills in maintaining and protecting happiness, preventing domestic violence, and preventing abuse of women and children; making a significant contribution to family work and preventing domestic violence.

The Women's Union of Dong Trieu Ward organized the Happy Family Contest in November 2025.
To support women's economic development and enhance their status within the family, women's associations at all levels have effectively promoted the "Helping Poor Women with Specific Needs" and "Women Excelling in Economic Activities" movements through supporting production development models, vocational training, job placement; and donating funds for building "Houses of Love"... In 2025, women's associations at all levels mobilized social resources totaling nearly 200 million VND, including: supporting the construction of new "Houses of Love" for women members in difficult circumstances with a total amount of 50 million VND; In coordination with the Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association, they organized the inauguration of a "Businesswoman's Shelter" house for a near-poor family, with a donation of 50 million VND...
Over the years, the movement to build "Culturally Advanced Families" in the province has been spreading and deepening. As a result, the cultural values nurtured within each family have continuously enhanced the awareness of building a civilized lifestyle, preserving moral traditions, and promoting a good way of life for each individual.
By 2026, the province will strive to achieve a rate of 96% of families in the entire province receiving the title of "Culturally Advanced Family". The building of culturally advanced families will be linked to patriotic emulation movements, the construction of culturally advanced residential areas, new rural areas, and civilized urban areas.
