Currently, Gia Lam Business Association has more than 100 member enterprises, operating in the fields of: Industry - handicrafts, construction, transportation, agriculture , trade, business, services... In 2025, the total revenue of member enterprises will reach about 2,000 billion VND; contribute about 100 billion VND to the budget; create stable jobs for thousands of workers, with an income of 8-9 million VND/person/month.

Many member enterprises have risen to affirm their brands, build products that meet OCOP standards, high-quality Vietnamese goods, and gradually bring Gia Lam products to domestic and international markets...
Through forums, conferences, and seminars, the Association has created effective networking opportunities and expanded markets for member businesses. Typical examples include: Trade promotion and investment connection programs between the Hanoi Business Association and the Gia Lam Business Association; tours - exchanges - trade promotion in other provinces and cities...

At the same time, the Association also implemented a series of humanitarian welfare programs: Supporting the construction of solidarity houses; awarding hundreds of scholarships to poor students who have overcome difficulties on the occasion of the opening of the new school year in 4 communes: Gia Lam, Phu Dong, Thuan An, Bat Trang, with a total cost of 60 million VND; giving thousands of gifts to policy families, disadvantaged families, and children being treated at Gia Lam General Hospital on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival and Lunar New Year; promptly supporting people affected by natural disasters and floods in Nghe An province with a total amount of 170 million VND; supporting the construction of many welfare works, contributing to the implementation of the National Target Program on building new rural areas, advanced new rural areas, and model rural areas... Thereby, contributing to spreading the beautiful image of Gia Lam businessmen in the new era "Bravery in business - kindness in action".

The companionship, support and facilitation of leaders, local authorities, departments and functional branches have been helping the Gia Lam business community develop.
