Truck caught fire on Phan Thiet highway

The car fire occurred at around 8:20 a.m. on August 20 on the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay highway, about 2 km from the intersection of the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay highway (in Song Nhan commune, Cam My district, Dong Nai ).

According to initial information, at the above time, the truck with license plate 50H - 168.95 was traveling on the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay highway in the direction of Binh Thuan - Dong Nai. When reaching the above road section, the front of the truck suddenly caught fire. The fire then flared up fiercely and engulfed the entire front of the truck.

Upon receiving the news, the Traffic Police Department ( Ministry of Public Security ) called the Fire Prevention and Fighting Force to extinguish the fire; at the same time, patrolled and regulated traffic, ensuring safety and preventing traffic jams in the area.

At the scene, the truck was severely damaged in the front, with no casualties or cargo (the truck was not carrying any cargo at the time of the fire).

The truck fire on the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay highway is being investigated and clarified by Cam My District Police in coordination with the Traffic Police Department.
