For providing services beyond their scope of expertise and practicing without a license, LG Clinic Aesthetic Center and several individuals in Ho Chi Minh City have been fined tens of millions of VND by authorities and had their professional licenses revoked for a specified period.

On the afternoon of July 1st, the Inspection and Legal Affairs Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health officially issued a decision to impose administrative penalties on organizations and individuals who committed serious violations in the healthcare sector. Through this, the authorities exposed and uncovered the entire deceptive scheme of this unlicensed medical facility.

According to the penalty decision, the authorities have drawn up a report and issued a penalty decision against the business location of Hamier Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company - LG Clinic Aesthetic Center, located at 200-200B-200C Le Lai Street, Ben Thanh Ward.

LG Clinic Aesthetic Center was fined 86 million VND and had its medical practice license revoked for one month for the person responsible for professional matters at the facility.

Upon inspection, authorities discovered that this establishment had committed serious violations of the law, including: Practitioners who do not register to practice medicine as required by law; providing medical examination and treatment services outside the scope of their permitted professional activities (except in emergency cases).

Due to the aforementioned violations involving deceptive practices against customers, the facility was fined 86 million VND. Additionally, the Department of Health decided to impose an additional penalty: revoking the medical practice license for one month for the person responsible for the facility's professional operations.
