In 2025, with the close attention and guidance of Party committees and authorities at all levels, along with the solidarity of the people, Cho Ra commune will continue to achieve positive results in socio -economic fields. National defense and security will be maintained, and the material and spiritual lives of the people will be gradually improved.
The commune's economic growth rate is estimated at 8.1%. Average per capita income reached approximately 43.6 million VND/year. The poverty rate decreased by 7.72%, exceeding the set target. Job creation efforts yielded positive results. Agricultural production remained stable, maintaining the area of key crops with high economic value.
Rural infrastructure continues to receive investment, creating significant changes in appearance and living conditions. Many inter-village and field roads have been paved, facilitating travel, trade, and the transportation of agricultural products.
Public facilities such as cultural centers, schools, and health stations have been invested in and upgraded, gradually meeting the living, learning, and healthcare needs of the people. Rural areas are becoming increasingly spacious, clean, and beautiful.
Along with socio-economic development, the work of Party building and strengthening the political system continues to be emphasized. The commune Party committee focuses on improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations, and promoting the exemplary role of cadres and Party members.
The recruitment of new Party members is given attention, especially in ethnic minority areas. The government, the Fatherland Front, and other organizations are strengthening efforts to mobilize the people to effectively implement patriotic emulation movements.

In 2026, Cho Ra commune aims to maintain an economic growth rate of 8.1% or higher, and continue to shift its economic structure to suit local conditions. The target for state budget revenue in the area is 30.7 billion VND.
The proportion of trade and services will reach 47%. The goal is to have at least one OCOP product achieving 3 stars or higher, establish more cooperatives, and reduce the poverty rate according to the multidimensional poverty standard by 2% or more.
To achieve the set goals, Cho Ra commune continues to uphold its tradition of solidarity and self-reliance, effectively exploiting the potential and advantages of the locality. The focus is on developing agriculture towards a sustainable, commodity-oriented approach, improving livestock efficiency, and promoting linkages in production and product consumption.
