Prior to the match between the Vietnamese and Malaysian national teams, we were honored to have director Chu Duong Thuy Anh introduce the documentary 'I Am Nguyen Xuan Son' (produced by the Special Programs - Science and Education Department of Vietnam Television). The film summarizes the journey that the Brazilian-born player has dedicated to Vietnamese football.

Director Chu Duong Thuy Anh skillfully recounted that journey through Son's goals and assists for his teammates. The highlight of this segment is the 2024 ASEAN Cup final, where striker Nguyen Xuan Son scored two goals in the first leg. That brace became a driving force for the team and served as a warning about the strength of the Golden Star Warriors. The goals are recalled and the scene concludes with a replay of Son's injury on the Rajamangala Stadium pitch.
