Over the past few days, the local authorities have focused on completing the necessary preparations for the program. The electrical system, internet connection, projection screens, and other technological equipment have been inspected and tested to ensure stable operation. Exhibition spaces and experiential booths have also been completed to serve the public and delegates.
On the morning of June 8th, leaders from the Provincial Department of Science and Technology directly inspected the preparations in Hamlet 6. The inspection revealed that the items for the launch ceremony basically met the requirements. The delegation requested the local authorities to continue reviewing the technical conditions, program content, and reception arrangements to ensure the event runs smoothly and effectively.

According to the plan, the program will introduce many digital transformation solutions serving the government and people, such as the AI-powered digital citizen support center (AI Chatbot) at the commune-level public administrative service center; digital governance platforms at the village level; support points for resolving administrative procedures through AI-powered booths, along with many digital applications serving daily life and production.
Besides improving technical infrastructure, Yen Binh commune is stepping up propaganda and guidance to help people access digital platforms, online public services, and cashless payments, creating conditions for people to quickly become familiar with the conveniences that will be implemented.

With synchronized preparation in terms of facilities, technological infrastructure, and program content, the launch ceremony of the "Digital Village" model in Village 6 will contribute to promoting digital transformation from the grassroots level, creating conditions for people to access and use digital platforms and services.
