Quang Binh organizes training course on applying Artificial Intelligence in administrative reform

The training course was attended by leaders and civil servants of provincial departments, branches and sectors; leaders and civil servants of People's Committees of districts, towns and cities.

Speaking at the training course, Mr. Hoang Huu Thai, Director of the Department of Information and Communications, emphasized: Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the fundamental technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, contributing significantly to creating a breakthrough in production capacity, improving national competitiveness, and promoting sustainable economic growth. In the context of strong digital transformation, applying AI to administrative work is not only an inevitable trend but also a practical solution, helping to shorten the time to perform tasks and improve the quality of consulting in assigned professional fields.

At the training course, trainees were provided with basic knowledge about AI and practical application of useful AI tools in administrative work. Training content includes: General introduction to AI and its application in state management; Application of AI in word processing; Using AI as a decision support tool; Mastering the use of AI tools: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Studio, Microsoft Design, Leonardo; Practical application of tools in daily work.

The training course was highly appreciated for its practicality, appropriate content, and scientific and effective organization. The lecturers had flexible teaching methods, creating favorable conditions for students to acquire knowledge and skills in using AI according to the set goals.

This training activity not only helps raise awareness about the application of AI technology but also brings practical solutions to administrative work in Quang Binh . The application of AI with the ability to automate complex processes helps reduce the burden on officials, civil servants, and public employees, while optimizing the decision-making process based on data analysis. As a result, the management efficiency of the province's administrative agencies will be improved, contributing to promoting the administrative reform and digital transformation process of Quang Binh province.
