Quang Binh province organizes a training course on the application of Artificial Intelligence in administrative reform.

The training course was attended by leaders and officials from provincial departments and agencies; and leaders and officials from the People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities.

Comrade Hoang Huu Thai, Director of the Department of Information and Communications, delivered a speech at the training course.

Speaking at the training course, Mr. Hoang Huu Thai, Director of the Department of Information and Communications, emphasized: Artificial intelligence (AI) is a foundational technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, making a significant contribution to creating breakthroughs in production capacity, enhancing national competitiveness, and promoting sustainable economic growth. In the context of rapid digital transformation, the application of AI to administrative tasks is not only an inevitable trend but also a practical solution, helping to shorten task completion times and improve the quality of advice in assigned professional fields.

During the training course, participants were provided with foundational knowledge about AI and how to practically apply useful AI tools in administrative work. The training content included: an overview of AI and its applications in government management; AI applications in document processing; using AI as a decision-making support tool; mastering the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Studio, Microsoft Design, and Leonardo; and applying these tools to daily work.

The training course was highly praised for its practicality, relevant content, and scientific and effective organization. The instructors employed flexible teaching methods, creating favorable conditions for participants to acquire knowledge and skills in using AI in accordance with the set objectives.

This training activity not only helps raise awareness about the application of AI technology but also provides practical solutions for administrative work in Quang Binh . The application of AI, with its ability to automate complex processes, helps reduce the burden on officials and civil servants, while optimizing decision-making based on data analysis. As a result, the efficiency of management in the province's administrative agencies will be improved, contributing to the promotion of administrative reform and digital transformation in Quang Binh province.
