The Prime Minister and leaders of ministries and sectors performed the ceremony to launch the "Learning from Practical Work" program.
Speaking at the ceremony, Permanent Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Vu Hai Quan said that the "Learning from Practical Work" program is implemented in 10 key specialized fields, including: Tourism; Port operation and exploitation; Green certification assessment and verification; Digital business management; Information technology; Financial technology; Digital transformation in vocational training; Digital data storage, creation, exploitation and digital transformation; Strategic management; and E-commerce.
The core approach of the Program is to closely link the "three stakeholders": the State, the Schools, and the Businesses. In this linkage, the State plays the role of policy maker, standardizing cooperation models and connecting the digital ecosystem; the Schools innovate curricula and training methods to align with practical applications; and the Businesses directly participate in the training process, providing tools, platforms, data, experts, and real-world solutions.

Permanent Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Vu Hai Quan speaks at the launch ceremony of the "Learning from Practical Work" program.
The program aims to help students learn by doing, working with real tools, real data, and real problems, thereby bridging the gap between training and the needs of the labor market. At the same time, the program contributes to achieving the goal of Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo, striving to reach 12 people per 10,000 in the field of scientific research, technological development, and innovation by 2030.
"Learning from practical work" is not just a training program, but also a joint commitment of action by the State, schools, and businesses in building a high-quality digital workforce to serve the country's rapid and sustainable development goals in the digital age.
