Taking place on December 20th and 21st, 2025 at the Provincial Children's Cultural Palace (Tay Nha Trang Ward), this year's Digital Technology Festival has the theme: "Comprehensive, nationwide, and all-encompassing digital transformation to accelerate and break through the development of the digital economy ."
According to Khanh Hoa Newspaper, Mr. Pham Quoc Hoan, Director of the Department of Science and Technology, said that the event not only aims to celebrate the success of the 1st Provincial Party Congress (2025-2030 term) and commemorate one year of implementing Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo , but also creates a space for businesses and organizations to introduce and demonstrate digital technology ideas and solutions to serve daily life.
The event was organized under the auspices of the Department of Science and Technology, in close coordination with relevant departments and agencies to ensure safety, quality, and effective communication.
This is an important opportunity for government agencies, the business community, and citizens to meet and share experiences, while also helping people access and experience digital services, thereby improving their skills and awareness of the role of technology in communicating with government agencies.
Bringing together cutting-edge technology and practical solutions.
Following the success of 2024, this year's event attracted the participation of more than 30 leading digital technology businesses from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Khanh Hoa, and many other localities.
The booths will showcase a diverse range of the latest technological solutions such as: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain, Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality (AR/VR), Face ID, and essential applications like e-wallets, e-invoicing, and comprehensive digital governance. In addition, major businesses will also present core solutions in network infrastructure, security, and cloud computing.
Notably, the event also showcased specialized application solutions serving digital healthcare, digital education, smart city development, as well as traceability and e-commerce solutions to support the enhancement of value and consumption of the province's OCOP products.
A key differentiating factor compared to 2024 is the series of in-depth conferences chaired by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, focusing on solutions to improve the Digital Transformation Index (DTI) and the Local Innovation Index (PII). Alongside these are thematic sessions on the application of digital transformation in key sectors such as tourism, agriculture, marine economy, and logistics.
The organizers also focused on increasing interaction and experience for the public through the "Golden Bell Challenge" competition, technology-based games, quizzes with prizes, and short plays promoting digital transformation. People will also have the opportunity to experience AR/VR technology, 3D games, and e-commerce livestreaming firsthand.
Aspiring to be among the Top 10 in national digital transformation.
Sharing his strategic vision, Mr. Pham Quoc Hoan emphasized the message: "State agencies lead the way - Businesses break through - People actively participate." Khanh Hoa aims to be among the top 10 provinces and cities nationwide in digital transformation by 2030, building a transparent and efficient government that serves the public and creates a favorable business environment.
The Digital Technology Festival 2025 is expected to ignite a spirit of innovation, encourage organizations and individuals to boldly change their working methods, and contribute to affirming Khanh Hoa province's pioneering position in the digital age.
