To amplify the value of the model and widely disseminate the spirit of sustainable development, Agribank has chosen the Agribank Culture Week 2025 as a focal point to connect actions, communication, and experiences of the program across the entire system.

Within the framework of the Week, a series of activities aimed at introducing "Green Banking - The Digital Transformation Journey" through the display of green transaction point models and the introduction of Agribank's advanced technology and service initiatives were enthusiastically implemented. Many branches proactively organized activities in response such as "Paperless Day," "Green Workspace," and "Digitalization with Customers," creating a wave of spreading green cultural values ​​associated with daily work practices.

Agribank is actively deploying digital platforms and e-banking solutions to shorten transaction times, minimize physical contact, and reduce paper usage. Here, customers receive dedicated advice to switch to using digital services such as Agribank Plus, online transfers, and online savings deposits instead of in-person transactions. Customers can also perform almost all financial services – from opening accounts, transferring money, making payments, to depositing savings – anytime, anywhere. This not only reduces the burden on the system but is also a practical solution to save social resources and increase customer autonomy in managing personal finances.

Beyond enhancing user experience, digital platforms also contribute to reducing operating costs, decreasing resource consumption, and minimizing emissions. At many transaction points, Agribank has implemented automated teller machines (CDMs/multi-functional ATMs), allowing customers to serve themselves quickly and efficiently. Simultaneously, the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and big data in analyzing customer behavior and automating approval processes optimizes resources and reduces energy consumption.
