This information was provided by rumor expert Majin Bu. Bu's X account (formerly Twitter) also revealed that he has a copy of what is believed to be an iPhone 15 Ultra case.

Previous rumors suggested that the iPhone Ultra was simply a rebranded version of the Pro Max. However, if Majin Bu's information is true, then the Ultra is actually a completely new, standalone iPhone model that is even more premium than the Pro Max in terms of specifications and price.
