According to the Department of Internal Affairs' report, the 2025 assessment results at the departmental level showed significant progress in digital transformation in terms of direction and implementation. 100% of departments and agencies promptly issued digital transformation plans, demonstrating synchronized institutional engagement and implementation orientation.

Of these, 12 out of 15 departments and agencies completed 100% of their tasks as planned, demonstrating that most units have seriously implemented digital transformation tasks according to the set roadmap. Notably, 100% of leaders and managers in departments and agencies use digital signatures in approving, managing, and resolving work, contributing to the innovation of working methods, improving timeliness and transparency, and reducing reliance on paper documents.

Despite the achievements, the level of digital transformation implementation among departments and agencies still varies. Currently, 12 out of 15 departments and agencies have achieved a rate of 80% or higher in processing documents and work files online; 9 out of 15 departments and agencies have achieved a 100% rate of online payment processing. This requires departments and agencies to continue promoting the application of digital environments and online payments in handling administrative procedures.
