Northern Vietnam remains cold with scattered rain.

On land, although the North is still experiencing cold weather, temperatures across the country will gradually rise and the weather is expected to warm up in the coming days.

According to the National Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting, on February 10th, both day and night, the weather across the country will generally tend to warm up, but there will still be clear variations between regions.

At sea, strong winds will continue in some areas but are tending to decrease; from the evening of February 11th, winds in the eastern part of the northern South China Sea are likely to increase again. The level of natural disaster risk due to strong winds at sea remains at level 2.

Inland, the Northwest region will experience scattered rain during the day, with cold weather, and some areas experiencing intense cold; light winds. The lowest temperatures will generally be 14-17°C, with some areas below 13°C; the highest temperatures will be 20-23°C, with some areas above 23°C.

The Northeast region will also experience scattered rain, cold weather, with some mountainous areas experiencing severe cold; light winds. The lowest temperature will be 14-17°C, 12-15°C in mountainous areas; the highest temperature will be 19-22°C, 16-19°C in mountainous areas. In Hanoi specifically, there will be scattered rain, cold weather, and light winds; the lowest temperature will be 15-17°C, and the highest will be 19-22°C.

From Thanh Hoa to Hue, the prevailing weather will be scattered rain, cold temperatures, and northerly to northwesterly winds of force 2-3. The lowest temperature will be 16-19°C; the highest temperature will reach 20-23°C in the North and 23-26°C in the South.

Along the South Central coast, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in some areas during the day; in the southern part, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in the evening and night, with the possibility of tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind. Northeast to east winds at level 2-3, lowest temperature 21–24°C, highest temperature 26–29°C.

The Central Highlands region will experience sunny weather during the day, with scattered showers and thunderstorms in the evening and at night; northeast to east winds at level 2-3. The lowest temperature will be 16-19°C, and the highest 27-30°C.

In Southern Vietnam, the weather will be mostly sunny; scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected in the late afternoon and evening, with northeasterly winds of force 2-3. The lowest temperature will be 21-24°C, with some areas in the East experiencing temperatures below 21°C; the highest temperature will generally be 31-34°C, with some areas exceeding 34°C.

In Ho Chi Minh City, it will be sunny during the day, with scattered showers and thunderstorms in the evening and at night; the lowest temperature will be 21-24°C, and the highest will be 30-33°C.
