According to observations by reporters from Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper, from early morning, traffic police and commune police were present at the two toll stations, T1 at Km10+778 (Tam Phuoc ward) and T2 at Km28+450 (Long Phuoc commune), to direct and regulate traffic to facilitate the dismantling process.

Next, workers dismantled the canopy, cut and removed the steel frame to relocate the toll booth, and demolished some traffic islands; machinery was mobilized to handle the pillar foundations and concrete structures.
The barrier system, signs, and control building were also dismantled, and the materials were neatly piled up on both sides of the road awaiting transport elsewhere.

Previously, the Department of Construction of Dong Nai province announced the dismantling of two toll stations from April 18th to April 24th to restore the road surface and ensure traffic safety on the vital national highway connecting Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai.

During the demolition work, traffic flow through the area around the two toll stations will be affected to some extent.
Specifically, road widths in some areas will be reduced for construction, potentially causing localized traffic congestion, especially during peak hours. Vehicles passing through may have to move slowly, extending travel time.

To minimize disruption to travel, the Department of Construction recommends that residents and transportation businesses proactively monitor traffic conditions and consider choosing appropriate routes.
When driving through the construction area, drivers must strictly comply with the instructions and regulations of the authorities, as well as the temporary traffic signs and signals.
