In 2023, the Do 37 Clean Agricultural Products Cooperative was established to further develop local clean agricultural products. Immediately after its establishment, the cooperative quickly achieved stable operations, creating stable jobs for 12 local women workers. Graduating with a degree in accounting from the University of Economics (Da Nang University) is an advantage that helps Ms. Nguyen Thi Oanh play a leading role in organizing and managing the activities of the Do 37 Clean Agricultural Products Cooperative.
To date, the cooperative has conquered the domestic market with 12 clean, high-quality products, including nutritious coconut-flavored biscuits, cashew nut rice crackers, cereal powder, dried mango slices, dried nuts, and other dried fruits…
Among its products, the cereal flour is a 3-star OCOP product, and the cooperative is preparing the necessary documents to be certified as a 4-star OCOP product at the city level. The Do 37 Clean Agricultural Products Cooperative also has two products recognized by the Da Nang City People's Committee as typical rural industrial products: coconut-flavored nutritional biscuits and cashew nut rice crackers. Thanks to these products penetrating the market effectively, despite its young age, the cooperative's revenue has reached over 4 billion VND per year.

Nguyen Thi Oanh, Director of the Do 37 Clean Agricultural Products Cooperative, shared that women make up 100% of the founding and management team at the cooperative. They directly participate in production management; quality control and food safety; product development, packaging, and branding; business, sales, and digital marketing. The cooperative will continue to tell stories about clean agricultural products linked to the local culture of the region, creating a richer and more memorable experience for tourists.
"We have participated in trade promotion activities with many countries to be able to export clean agricultural products and bring the image of Da Nang to international friends," Ms. Oanh said.
Ms. Pham Thi Hang, one of the seven founding members of the cooperative, said that throughout the development of Do 37 Clean Agricultural Products, the spirit of solidarity, closeness, and sharing among members, especially the role of the leader, has been paramount.
"We build an open and comfortable environment to foster the dynamism and creativity of each member. When given opportunities, trust, and support, women not only fulfill their roles well but also make practical contributions to overall development," Ms. Hang shared.
